Three trips to the Cardiology Dept. In three days. Saw Dr. Wednesday and have to have a two day nuclear stress test....They are very professional and never kept me waiting in the waiting room. Nuclear stress test was needed ASAP and they made it happen the next day. Stress test people were awesome especially Dolly. Had difficulty doing the treadmill for the test and the PA, Dolly and another gentleman were "cheering me on" so we could complete the test and didn't have to use medication which is awful. Wonderful hospital, terrible billing. Had surgery there at the end of 2015 and set up a payment plan, plan was set up incorrectly and they now have new guidelines for when payment must be paid in full. I now have 2 months to pay almost $5,000 in full or I will be sent to collections.
The ICU nurses, doctors, neurosurgeons, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nutritionists - you are all earth angels! I feel so blessed my brother and family got to experience such a compassionate, educated, beautiful crew! You have forever made an impact on all of our lives! I will forever be grateful for you all�
I can't say enough about the effort, kindness and gentility that we, the patient and family members have received from the staff at the Billings Clinc From the moment we entered the building to the emergency admittance. Kindness, compassion, efficiency have been all around us.
The ER was a Thousand times better that what I experienced last month at St. Vincent ER after I had an aneurysm fixed there. Billings Clinic is my Hospital of choice from now on!!
I'm alright with Billings Clinic. I always receive the best treatment, from the minute I walk in the door to the time I leave. Dr. Virginia Mohl and her nurse are the best. ��
