My son with a heart condition has been waiting surgery for 6 week's checked in yesterday only to find the surgeon performing the procedure wanted another opinion and reschedule the surgery. He travels over 200 miles to be told this and they would be back in contact ina "f?ew days" what weqyou doing for six weeks? Don't you have phoneq, all travel plans had to be canceled on non refundable tickets. Poor service.
Waiting for over 2 hours is bull crap. Seriously we have just been sitting here. Never again. They just walk by and look at us
As a result of the recent fires and my smoke inhalation, I was admitted to the Billings Clinic ER with Acute Bronchitis close to midnight. I was treated almost immediately by a very impressive team of health care professionals. I am happy to report I am improving daily and I was able to enjoy the remainder if my trip. I have never experienced such an array of specialized treatments tailored to my needs. Billings Clinic used to be a great place. If you go here, be prepared to be treated by incompetent residents and corporate greed. The nurses here are the only great part left from what this place used to be. From rude administers to uppity schedulers, be ready to meet your young resident dr, but do your research, or it may kill you! It's far better to go to St V's for sure. Because at St V's you are more than just a number and a paycheck.
My kids absolutely adore Dr. Idzerda!! My youngest always likes to pretend she's a Dr and says she's Dr. Idzerda!! The staff are always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to take care of my kids! We love Acorn!!!
I have always liked the Clinic, but am now waiting for 72 Business Hours to hear from the ENT scheduler. I would say that is ridiculous! I am not even a new patient!
