Having spent a lot of time in and out of there, it's nice to know that they care so much. The doctors are amazing and the nursing staff and techs of all fields have always been awesome.
My dad was admitted to the hospital and ended up in the ICU. He had excellent care given to him. The doctors, nurses, aides, and all the support staff did an amazing job. (And as a nurse myself I am rather picky.). Thank you all for all you did. Dad's now back home resting comfortably. Keep up the excellent work!!
Every time I call, I swear I end up speaking with the rudest person possible. On top of that, the billing system is ridiculous. I feel like insurance is not applied correctly, we get double billed, and when you place a call to clear things up, you not only get the run around, the notes taken by the person you're talking to are atrocious. Even if you set up a payment plan, if they don't put it down in their notes, it it's like it never happened. My family will never use billings clinic again if we can help it. I worked here from 1998-2000 then again from 2001-2006. So I am pretty partial to this place. I trust the doctor's here and have never had any complaint. They are considerate, passionate and caring.
Caring, professional staff. From early admitting to surgery to post op care they were fantastic
U want to say thanks for taking care of my mom while I couldn't be there do to work! U did amazing job with her.. puting staples in and takeing them out .. this was not easy for her!! Thank you so much !!
