The Surgery Center is a wonderful experience from the minute you are greeted at the desk, to your departure and the follow up call the next day. Very bright, cheerful competent, and caring medical professionals on all levels. Both my husband and I have had procedures there and have never had a negative experience. I have always been a supporter of Billings Clinic. It's extremely frustrating when you cannot get an appointment for a sick child. I called to make an appointment and was told in a very rude manner to call back the next day. We've had the same doctor since our girls were little, and I've been going there for 30+ years. I will look elsewhere, perhaps a family practice where the business actually matters to the doctors/nurses. My husband had an ablation done Dec 13. Every one from the Ann in pre-op to Troy who took him to surgery was friendly, informative and compassionate. I was kept informed during his procedure which greatly reduced my stress. A special thanks to Dr. Budge and Trina, his RN in recovery. We couldn't have asked for better care.
We are here right now with my mom, she is on the ECMO machine to keep her alive. The doctor and nursing staff are top notch, very curtious, kind, and caring couldn't ask for more in this situation.
What a beautiful facility. The staff have been so helpful to us and caring to my brother. My brother was in a hunting accident in Montana. We are from Canada and he could not have received better care. The question of insurance never came up. They were only concerned with saving his life/hand and function of hand
Today, Nov 16, 2016 we had to pull the plug on my sister in law who was on life support. We had 2 female nurses who were working on shutting down the machines when a male nurse came in, talking on a call phone, and started barking orders at the 2 female nurses while a group of 12 or so people were crying because a loved one was dying. His complete an callous disrespect for human life not only makes him look bad, but makes the the organization as a whole look bad. It's god damn bullshit you guys would send a survey for my brother who died in your guys icu to fill out. I also think it's bullshit that the icu nurses are allowed to bring their kids to work and their kids get to watch nurses work on my brother like it's a damn tv show & sit in front of the computers that couldve possibly just so happened to have my brothers files showing or any other patients. Unprofessional & disrespectful. & this nurse has been turned in for all this.
