After being let down by other companies, I contacted Fallon Solutions. Professional and friendly people answered the phone. I needed one air con unit serviced and second one to be reconnected and serviced. I also wanted two light fittings changed for new ones. I was amazed that both the air con technician and the electrician called me within the window time booked to let me know they were on their way. They both turned up as promised. Way overpriced for their work. I would get quotes from elsewhere before going with these guys.
Jim did the job he was asked to do - clean the air con filter and whatever else was involved in that. However, the first appointment was cancelled by Fallons as the allocated technician was held up on a job and I was the last for the day. I rescheduled but made it clear that I had time restraints and could they allocate me a time slot at the top of the list given I had been messed up the first time so was not impressed when I was given a slot at the end of my given range giving Jim less that half an hour to do the job. We had Ray S come and rewire our electric box. He was very courteous .. phoned half an hour before he arrived ... arrived on time ... and then did a very thorough job in the heat in a little corner ... Thanks Ray and Shane much appreciated. Chris

Fallon again has let me down. I paid the 3 year premium subscription which was supposed to give me premium access to bookings and call centre. Tried to ring premium access call centre for over 30 mins with no response. Then tried general call centre and got answered immediately! Checked the phone numbers to see if i confused them - no. Also was booked into premium call-out time slot, waited all afternoon, none turned up, got a call from Fallon to say technician couldn't make it and i needed to re-schedule.
