We use Fallon Solutions for our company needs, and yesterday needed a plumber for our home. I found first contact by phone organised, polite and helpful, with a prompt call out service. I also received a home check of all plumbing around my home to detect anything that could be potentially an issue "free" service for this. Before Christmas, Ben Roberts from Fallon Solutions replaced some old light fittings for me and completed a home safety check. Today he returned to install smoke alarms. Ben was friendly and professional. He turned up on time and took time to explain issues with the safety check. (Even our dog enjoyed working with him!) Thanks Ben! Would recommend.

Michael did some work for us on the day before Christmas Eve and came back to finish the work in the Christmas/ New Year period. He did everything that he was asked to do, nothing was too much trouble for him and he did everything in a friendly manner.

It's New Years eve and we've got blocked and very slow draining toilet. So I ring Fallon Solutions and within 40 minutes their plumber Brendan arrived. Professional, quick, courteous and spot on in solving the problem. I would have no hesitations in recommending Fallon Salutions to anyone.

Brendan P was a very efficient young man, he fixed the broken mixer tap swiftly and was more than happy to look at another tap in our bathroom and explain to me how to remove the handle to change the jumper washer as I had not experienced that particular style tap before.
