We had a intermittent Blocked Toilet problem that was resolved to our satisfaction. Joseph Egan the Technician was very professional showing us the problem and fixing it very quickly. He also undertook a full plumbing inspection and quotation on problem areas.

Shonky AF business model. $50 fee to tell me $600 just to look at my aircon (discounted to $500ish if I joined some "home maintenance program" gobshite program for $200!!). So I'd be out over $600 before I even knew what was wrong, with no indication of how much to fix it? Yeah nah, I'm not an idiot thanks. Your representative was a far greater credit to this company than it deserves.

We had Jye Funaki fix all of our ceiling fans today - he provided an excellent service! I was impressed with how thorough he was with reviewing the fans and providing advice on the available options for replacement. He was very efficient in collecting all the new fans and installing them today! Very friendly and professional - would happily have Jye back for any electrical problems we need fixed in the future!

Pathetic! Had an appointment booked for between 12-4, had a phone call from the tradesman at 9:30 to tell me he would be there in 15 minutes. I told him the booking was between 12-4 and that I was at work and would be home during that time. Once at home from work (4.5 hours of annual leave taken), I receive a call at 2pm to inform me that there is not enough staff on and so my appointment would need to be canceled. Only resolution is to take more time off work tomorrow. Never again!
