Excellent work annd service from Steven Hutchison who provided an honest review of the shoddy work that had been done on an extension to our timber pool deck. Made it very secure so that there was no chance of it snapping in 2 and the finish of the timber looks great.

Just had my second big job done by Fallon Solutions. They're great. The office staff are friendly, helpful and Patient( I was a bit frazzled with a big leak) the technician arrived on time, with a courtesy call before hand. He offered options and was very thorough in both his work and explanations. He was very friendly and professional ( Jack 1919) he checked his work after completion. I've had a bit of plumbing work done to the house before, and I felt their prices were quite reasonable and like the 15 yr warranty

Just had Max out to do an inspection of our sewer line with his special camera, due to blockages in a recently renovated upstairs bathroom and shower which caused water to overflow through ceiling downstairs. Max identified the problem immediately (broken toilet pieces and other builders rubble from the reno's), despite the builders plumber suggesting it was hair causing the blockage. Max resolved the problem expertly and efficiently and explained the process thoroughly. Max is fantastic - can't thank him enough.

4:10pm Handyman Service. Grant and Luke fixed a exterior plasterboard section of my garage. Unique solution applied to minimize the cost and time with the job. Fantastic approach which i appreciate very much. Highly recommend Fallon.

Just had Nick Henry come and fix an underground water leak at the front of the house. Very messy job - lots of mud before starting work. Found the leak with detection equipment - gave good information as the job progressed - pricing upfront. Cleaned up the site. Fallon came out quickly when contacted and fixed as quickly as possible which we really appreciated.

We had an excellent experience having our bathroom door replaced. Steven Hutchinson came to our property, gave us a quote for the repair (not cheap but not much cheaper elsewhere either) and we set up a time to have it done. Our family had a slight cash crisis in the days that followed so we postponed the repair for 4 weeks (Fallon was happy to do this, and quite understanding) and finally had the work completed. Door looks great. No hidden surprises. Excellent customer service.
