Have had to use the services of Fallon twice last week, the first instance was a faulty Dishwasher, The problem was diagnosed part ordered and replaced in a record time as far as I am concerned, The service was prompt and friendly from the call to the work being completed, I was very impressed by the customer service, the best part was they were on time, cleaned up after and efficient Thank you Chris R. After great service and help last year from Fallon, we had no hesitation in requesting their help again with electrical services. Office support was excellent, and Chris and Zack attended our home precisely on time, clarified our requirements, gave us a clear quote, and were able to perform the work immediately. Chris kept us informed as they worked hard all day, did what they said they would do, and cleaned up afterward. We have been very happy with the results.

I used Fallon for the first time, Greg the electrician was excellent, polite, and very helpful. He was professional he gave me plenty of options and recommendations Greg also took the time to explain every option/recommendation and the reason why he has put them down as options/recommendations and did everything he said he would do, he left the area he was working in extremely tidy. Had a fault find issue in my comms cabling, had the guy turn up (nice enough chap), paid $49.50 call out fee only to be told that for him to carry out anymore work I would need to pay $300 fixed fee, I asked if he could work for 30/45 mins to try and find the fault but he said we dont work on hourly rates we only work on quotes. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The argument was that he was taking all the risk by offering a quote, I didnt care about risk I just wanted my fault found.
