We needed some urgent drainage repairs to be done this weekend and found Fallon Solutions seemed to cover all aspects of plumbing, we used the 24/7 service and were so impressed by the professionalism of Joseph Egan today, he was prompt, acted with haste, and was so polite and engaging. We explained exactly what needed to be done and completed the job beyond expectations. We will diffidently be using Fallon again if this is typical of what we pay for. Thanks for quality service with a level of professionalism unexpected.

Had to get my water tank pump fixed as it burnt out. Pump was replaced and now working like a charm the technician assured all the toilets and washing machine were getting water pumped in properly afterwards. Was a great experience thankyou very much Brad.T Highly recommed this technician he is very friendly and efficient with his work. 👍

Had an issue in my powerboard on a Saturday morning and Fallon were the only company that were interested in coming out. Initially it was Lee who diagnosed the problem and although couldn't replace the whole board that day, make it safe for me and said he would arrange for it to be done ASAP and by 7.45am Monday I had a call to confirm booking. Dion (1989) came to repair and also arranged for me to have new smoke alarm system installed as mine was so old that they were not covered under current legislation. Both jobs were co... read more

After having new kitchen bench tops installed, an electrician was required to hook up the new cooktop. Called Fallon at 1.30pm. By 3pm, they had been and completed the work. Absolutely awesome service by a local company. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Had the guy turn up check out the spa and tell me he didnt know enough about the spa and he wasn,t to waste my time and his.Gave me some advice about what to do and left at that. Positive experience instead of being ripped off like most Brisbane firms.Will use them again.

Thank you Matt, Josh and Joseph!!!!! Plumbing issues at our house had me and my husband so stressed but these three guys were professional and lovely to deal with. We had Matt come out promptly and we were kept updated all along the way. When it was found to be a council issue Joseph went above and beyond contacting council and getting it sorted for us.
