Had a blocked pipe at my home in North Ipswich. Plumber Matt H. came out and sorted it out in no time. The problem involves tree roots, so it will have to be rectified properly in the near future, but Matt got it going well enough to give us a bit of time to save up for the proper repair. Very happy with the service. Matt was courteous and extremely efficient. Recommend highly.

I had Fallon out to do some small work - screw the aerial back on the roof and re-earth a wire. The booking service was efficient and easy. The technician was highly experienced and provided excellent service. I note the following - the very reasonable travel cost of $49 is charged whether you accept or decline the quote for services. So, if you choose not to have them complete the work you are still required to pay this amount. The technician will complete a full house health check, this takes about 30mins. I am a regular user of Fallons solutions, today your office called to tell me that a booked technician was sick today and would not be coming, this was after waiting for 3 hours of the prespecified 4 hour window for the work, I then asked if the $50 rebate for being late to a job (as advertised on Fallons website) would apply, the very helpful phone lady checked with her supervisor who said 'no that only applies if fallons doesn't call in the time frame' !Nowhere on the website does it list the finer details about a contacti... read more

My hot water was only lukewarm and I rang Fallon to have a plumber come out. I was told after inspection that the date on the tank was hard to read, but it looked like 2000. So, due to the age of the unit it was best for it to be replaced.......a 160l electric tank at a cost of $2570! I questioned the price and was told that if I went with someone else I'd better check that they do a form 4. I told them I would shop around. After returning home we found we had no hot water. Fallon provided a great guy named Ben Roberts who came out early on a Saturday morning. Ben checked the system, found the problem and fixed it in no time at all. Really lovely fellow who explained everything. Thanks Ben. Thanks Fallon Solutions.
