Being new to QLD, we called you up to assist us install fans. We signed up for your "home protection plan" which you would think we would be treated like valued customers. Shane Royle from Fallon Solutions did some electrical work recently and I just wanted to share the good experience. He called 30 minutes before arriving for both appointments and was on time for both visits. He introduced himself to my dog which stopped her barking, most trades people would not bother so I was very pleased with this attention. He completed the work and then came back to finish another job a few days later after obtaining a new light fitting. Highly recommend their services.

Very impressed with Daniel from the electrical Dpt. Had our shed completely rewired and new L.E.D lights installed over two and a half days. Very efficient and easy to work with. Job ran very smoothly and very happy with the results. Great communication!!

We had Shane do a range of electrical work over 3 days he was very professional and very helpful, he was on time each day rang a half hour before to confirm he was on the way
