Booked an electrical job online. The process was very user friendly, and followed up with a detailed email. On the day the two service technicians (one being onboarded to Fallon's - which was great to see that this is how Fallon's brings new employees into the business) - Greg and Aidan H - were professional, polite, willing to discuss the requirements and questions. Great company all round. From the service provided by the call centre staff through to the actual technicians. Nick Henry came to inspect some water damage and was great. We called Fallon to come and fix the air-conditioner on our son's room, as we have had good experiences with Fallon before. Unfortunately this time, we basically wasted $322 for 1-1.5 hours of labour to "kind of" identify the problem (another flat fee of over $800 to actually FIND the leak, even if that were to only take five minutes to do so. I totally misunderstood the quote given, thinking it was to FIX the air conditioner and so agreed to pay $322, only to be then told it would be over a thousand more dollars flat rate. ... read more

Called Fallon due to my washing machine not working, guy came out took the lid off had a look and said it must be the on button not working correctly ~ charged for $195 for that quoted me $600 for new front on panel. Rang Samsung they came out (machine is 5yrs old) and replaced the main mother board thing for FREE!!! Definitely won't be using Fallon again ���
Problem with oven cutting out. Rang Fallon and they were out same day. Friendly and efficient. Getting quote for new part. Established oven was in good condition so the replacement mechanism should suffice. So pleased they could help as make of oven lead me no where.

I rang Fallon Solutions on Saturday after my washing machine stopped working. The technician, Jason Hildreth was at my house promptly Monday morning and provided excellent service. Would certainly use Fallon Solutions again should I need any assistance.
