I am very happy with Locky and Josh. They showed up, got the job done and made an unfortunate problem (damaged pipe due to tree roots) go away and now I feel so happy it's done and dusted. These guys are friendly, helpful and all round awesome. Good tradies are rare as hen's teeth so I definitely mean what I say here! Thank you!!

I have just had some work completed by Dan H and his wonderful apprentice. They were both very friendly and efficient, I had a big job for them to do and they were more than happy to get stuck it to it. was quoted and done the same day and would recommend them to other people. looking forward to getting it finished off on Tuesday.

Recently I bought my own home and the day before the removalists arrived I had a drama with both the hot water system and the smoke alarms. I decided to go with Fallon Solutions because they're a large company with all of the maintenance services I could possibly need in one place. I felt re-assured by that. The customer service rep was extremely helpful in getting a plumber (Blake) and an electrician (unfortunately I don't have his name) out to me as quickly as possible. I booked two services one for washing machine ; one for leaking. 1st service , technician came and diagnose the issue and ordered the parts and then 10 days later he turned up with the parts and told me the girls ordered the wrong parts . Wasted both of times . Then ordered the part again , finally fixed it but tried to charged me a different price as they quoted . I refused and only paid the quoted price . My son needed a new hot water service, so we rang Fallon to come and give us a quote. The receptionist was efficient and helpful, and when Steve H. arrived he assessed the situation, gave us a quote which we accepted, and said he could do the job straight away, which was fantastic. We used Fallon about 12 months ago to inspect our air conditioner which wasn't cooling effectively. The booking service was good but due to a busy schedule and hot weather it took weeks to find a time when someone was free - fair enough. The two guys who inspected told us that they wouldn't be able to fix it without pulling out our entire internal dry-wall, which would cost thousands of dollars.
