Thumbs down. An appointment made for a plumber today between 12-4pm. Got a phone call at 1.30pm to say the plumber is staying at his previous job and wouldn't be attending. This is not only an inconvenience to me but quite poor customer service. Another plumber should have been allocated to my appointment if the original one wasn't available now. called and booked in a repair told them what was wrong said it'll be $49.50 call out fee then repair cost, repairer got here and said it'll cost $429 to 'run diaginostic' to find out what needs repair (which of course they didn't mention on phone) then the repair cost may be up 50% of buying a new unit so quoted install of new units (we want 1 new and 2 replacements) quotes was over $4000 MORE EXPENSIVE (even after their discounts) than other installers installing exact same units so we paid $49.50 for someone to come tell u... read more

These guys are con artists. they tell you over the phone that they will look at, diagnose and repair an item (in this case a dishwasher) for a fixed fee of $195 and all you will have to pay extra for is parts. They Turn up spend 15 minutes charge you , can't fix the item as they don't have the part charge you $195 and then tell you you will have to pay another $195 to have the part installed as well as the cost of the part. I have just had a ceiling fan installed by Dan H & Dieter. What fine young men, so polite and obliging. Am really thrilled with the service from start to finish. Although price was a little on the high end - you get what you pay for and I am pleased. Dan called prior to arriving, they cleaned up and did an excellent job. Thanks again guys for your efforts.
