What a joke this company is. I called and told them that the latch on my washing machine was broken. I need it to be fixed. He showed up and said yeap that latch is broken alright I will need to order that part in. Then charged me $165 to diagnose the problem and then said it will cost you $185 for labour and the part to repair it. I am going to use local from now on. They just try to reap you off. I wish I can give them a negative score.

Really pleased with the plumbing work done by Fallon Solutions. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Justin E was able to come the same day. He was professional and detailed. He explained things well. He worked efficiently and didn't leave a mess. I had some electrical work done by Greg today. He was exceptionally professional, personable and knowledgeable. The service I get from Fallon Solutions is awesome and its all because of the quality of the staff such as Greg (and Adrian for all the Dishwasher work he's done for me). Vanni came out and addressed plumbing issues that a previous stand alone plumber wouldn't fix.

Fantastic service. Had no power to my house due to a main cable damage by other trade person. Dan H turned up early, called me when he was 20 mins away so I could leave work to meet him. Listened to me when I explained my problem, done a quick assessment, consulted with manager the best option to do repairs. Provided quote options and then got straight into the job. Great advice from Sam re different options to replace leaking hot water system. Fallon Solutions even contacted me the same afternoon when a technician became available that afternoon instead of my scheduled appointment for the next morning which I appreciated as water was flowing onto the grass from the leaking tank. Sam and carrier arrived promptly the next morning and efficiently installed the new system letting me know each time when he had to turn off the power or the water for a while. Nick Henry was the plumber who came to update our loo seat. On time, quote first, went for parts and then had to do more work that he first anticipated. No problem. Seemed to enjoy the challenge and did a perfect job, and cleaned up at the end. Great guy. Thanks!
