RecommendedJust had a quote to install 4 air conditioning units. Richard was great, very friendly and professional! He called to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time and was very thorough. He explained our options, made some recommendations and was able to arrange an installation time immediately. No going backwards and forwards trying to arrange times. Simple and easy. As renters, when the power started tripping specifically effecting the fridge (and the circuit it was on), we contacted the landlord who in turn contacted Fallon solutions. Daniel H came first thing the next day, tested all the related power points and plugs to identify that the issue. He was very friendly and profession, and even explained/demonstrated how he reached his conclusion. I would just like to comment on the job that has just been completed at our home. The plumber, Jason, arrived on time on the date specified and was extremely courteous and pleasant and did the work with no fuss. He left the place clean and tidy, used a dropsheet and wore overboots to keep our carpet clean. I think that Jason went beyond his duty to ensure we were looked after. We had a late night water hose burst in our bathroom. We had tried ringing around a number of after hours plumbers but didn't have any luck. We then rang Fallon and were lucky to have Brad T. on roster that night. Brad was very helpful and sympathetic, checked our other hoses and fitted and replaced where necessary. Thank you Brad.

I called them in the morning about my water heater. I didn't know whether it would be a plumbing or electric problem. They sent Dion the same day. He was a very polite young man who fixed the problem eventually although he had to get the part from somewhere and considering I told them what was wrong, I think he could have come prepared with a thermostat. I had another electric problem with the lighting under my exhaust fan in the kitchen. He said he could not fix that and another "specialist" would have to come out. One just... read more

When we come to site we complete a full diagnosis to establish the issue/s and depending on what parts are required we may have them in our fully stocked vans, however occasionally we are required to use a brand specific part and are required to source these on the day where possible. Have used Fallon Solutions a few times now and it's always a good experience. Needed a quote for a new air conditioner. Technician Avneel came promptly, was professional, courteous and an all round friendly guy. He was very informative and explained clearly what was required and was able to book an install quite quickly for me. As I have a Home Protection Plan, I was able to save a lot of money too!

Fantastic service and turnaround - my hot water system broke down, I called Fallon Tuesday afternoon and a technician was out 7am Wednesday morning and fixed the problem
