I called Fallon Solutions on Tuesday to organise the purchase and installation of a new hot water system on the Friday. I have been nothing but impressed with their service. They called me on Thursday morning to advise that they had a job cancellation and would I like a technician to come around instead of Friday, but unfortunately couldn't due to work commitments. I had the wiring on my bathroom lights, as well as the light switch, replaced by Dion. He also replaced the fire alarm in my flat (which I was unaware that it should have been replaced last year had he not checked it), and did a full assessment of the electrical in my apartment. He was very professional and did excellent work. I highly recommend his services. Job well done.

Having problems with phone line and Telstra technician was of the opinion problem was in the electrical cabling in the ceiling and suggested an electrician. Fallons suggested a data electrician. Shane Royle called, inspected the problem and quoted for this plus several other electrical jobs we'd been putting off. He was of the opinion the ceiling cabling was OK. Another Telstra tech (the third) called and fixed the problem there by obviating the need for the cabling. This was a saving of several hundred dollars thanks to an ... read more

I had a major crisis and was in desperate need of a Plumber... I did a Google search and Fallon Solutions were the first one to call. They were fabulous and luckily for me they were able to get me a technician that afternoon. Two technicians came out and I left the mess in there capable hands. The job was done and the mess cleaned up. I was very happy with the service I had received. I would not hesitate to recommend Fallon Solutions they were excellent.

Went to do the washing and heard gurgling noises - water overflow! block pipe!!!! Rang Fallons and they did some rearranging with their jobs. Had a plumber come out that afternoon. Matt H was awesome!! He rang before he came out and he was earlier than expected (Yippy!!). Best of all he sorted out the problem and gave us helpful direction on what we should do next. Will be using Fallon again and hopefully Matt H will be the plumber : )
