We had Edwin from fallons service our air conditioning units. He did everything he quoted at the price quoted. Edwin did it in a timely manner and was happy and cheerful though out couldn't ask for a better service.

I had a mystery water leak under my house that turned out to be a busted pipe feeding water to my laundry. Nick from Fallon came out, located and stopped the leak. He and Matt returned the following day and spent half the day bypassing the old pipe and restoring water to my laundry. We had a leak in our mains water inlet pipe, which had been happening for quite a while without our noticing (with it being underground). We rang Fallon Solutions and they were able to send someone out the following day. Lachlan from Fallon Solutions came out and inspected the problem and I was surprised that he was able to complete the job on the same day as there was a fair amount of work in digging up part of a concrete garden path to get to the leak and then replace the concrete as well as fixing the actual leak which it... read more

Lee willersdorf was the electrian to fix my power point problem on Monday the 13/3 because my partner decided to clean the bathroom and got the power point wet. I found LEE very honest and polite throughout the whole process and the price was great and I will be calling Fallons again to do more work and hopefuuly Lee will be available to do the job.

The worst experience with a trade company for a long time. Their motto of "We can be here today" they really mean here in a couple of weeks. Their pricing arrangement by a set task is an absolute trap. Their costs to diagnose & repair a home conditioner was 3 times of what is normally charged. Called to discuss the smell issue from the AC they cleaned and about their pricing and it was all about defending their position. Nothing about the customer concerns.
