Like others have commented, I think the price was likely at the top end of what I would have to pay although I have nothing to compare it against (it needed to be done, leaking gas fitting). Also, the up-selling would be better handled with a brochure outlining other services and I agree that, if you accept the quote on the spot, the call-out fee should be waived. Recently had a lot of work done by FS, over two days, Nathan was the consultant. He was very helpful and recommended a lot of improvements to the place, I was able to select the items I wanted from the quote, and best of all his work was top notch. Very happy with the service, and Nathan was great, he even fixed a couple of quick little things while he was here due to his expertise and knowledge. Thanks! Jamie

I almost had a heart attack when i was quoted over $1000 dollars to connect my gas cook top by welding a 30cm copper pipe from my cook top to the gas line. He even tried to look for other jobs to do that were totally irrelevant to the job i wanted a quote for. Then he charged me a $50 transport fee. I definitely wont recommend or use these guys ever!

Just had my first experience with Fallon after a shoddy (not Fallon) by the hour tradie fixed something for 24hours and then when it stopped working had the audacity to expect me to pay hourly rates for them to fix. Very professional. They are neat and tidy and do a quality job. And they can be quick to respond when you need fast service. But they are expensive.
