Wow these guys are stupidly expensive. 500 to even look at my air cons and access then another 800 to fix it. Turns out, they only fixed one and didn't have a part for the other and now are suggesting it will cost up to another 1000 just to fit a cheap part. So, 1400 to fix a gas leak in 1 air con and re-gas.......wow you are really having a lend. RecommendedAfter excellent service from an electrician re a wayward water pump for the tank, Brett F called in the plumbing division, and very shortly afterwards Sam A arrived, gave very helpful suggestions, quotes, recommendations, date for installation set, and Sam was there promptly to do it. AND said pump was installed in a remarkably short time. Sam also had a suggestion regarding linking the tank up. I have taken issue with Fallons process of quoting. I have already called up to lodge a complaint and am waiting for a call back. Here's the story - My wife called up for a quote on our air-conditioner that was not working. We knew it was the condenser unit which wasn't working. We were told by their bookings office that they don't give quotes out, so we would have to pay the $49.50 call out fee just to get a quote. I'm using Fallon Solutions to fix my air conditioner. The system hasn't run for about 9 years. He had it up and running in about 1/2 hour. Still requires a couple of replacement parts. We were extremely happy with his service. He explained every step up front. We will be using Fallons for other work we want done
