Had Fallon Solutions come to our place as we were having reception problems with our TV and they had installed our TV antenna about 6 years ago. The guy that came was more interested in checking everything else out to see what other things might need doing. Finally got round to doing the actual job and supplied some new cable which appears to have fixed the problem, but, it appears that he has taken the cable that we had which we used to have 2 other TV's connected to. Fallon Solutions impresses me, every time I have someone here for assistance I feel confident that I am going to get a quality job. Extremely disappointed. We previously used Fallon over the years for various services (electrical, plumbing, installation of aircon) and were happy - but now feel extremely ripped off after paying $417 for a check and clean of the aircon unit. Nothing broken, nothing repaired. Just a clean and check - a service for which other companies and technicians, I have since discovered, only charge about $100 to $200. I wish I had done more homework but trusted Fallon based on past experience with them and didn't get a pre-visit quot... read more
