Antony came out and did a inspection of the airconditioning units which was part of a maintenance agreement. He was polite, he worked clean and was easy to communicate with in discussions about his findings. Good job Antony

Great service again. Daniel Hayes was very helpful in finding the reason why our electricity bill rose so much. Turns out the Sparky that fitted the Air-con (NOT Fallon) connected it and a few other circuits incorrectly. Now power box is correct. Not sure if its a win or not lol. Thanks Daniel

Be aware this company is very over priced and dishonest in the way they have behaved. Originally they were fixing a less than 12 month old dishwasher that was flooded and therefore a part failed. They then changed their story saying the part failed due to wear and tear on a new dishwasher. Due to their incompetence they had already destroyed the part so now I can't claim on the original shop dishwasher warranty. The staff are rude if you can ever get anyone to call you back. I have used this service twice now, one for electrical and the other to replace the hot water system. The work that was carried out was up to the relevant expectation, but the after service is very disappointing. Still waiting on the removal of the old system, with several follow up calls. I wonder if they need to wait for payment for service rendered how patient would they be. I have signed up for the three year assistance with Falloon, but wondering how efficient would they be.
