Luke Dorrstein, airconditioning technician arrived this morning for the annual service of my air-conditionaers as part of my home plan. He rang and asked if he was able to arrive an hour earlier than arranged which was most apreciated. Once he checked all 4 units, he was please to advise all were in good working order and recommended I run the units at least one a month, to keep the units in good working condition. He was polite and approachable and completed the service in no time.Very happy with the service.

We had Scott John and Jeremy out yesterday to replace our shorted mains cable from the roadside pillar to the meter board, which ran under two retaining walls. They organised trenching and they stayed late to get it done and get power on, very professional and a job well done. I would definitely recommend to others, cheers.

Have had both Michael and Chris to do a couple of electrical jobs. Very professional, helpful and good at explaining what they are doing and why to help me get a better understanding of the problem - great customer service. Also discussed some future work, pros, cons, timing etc. Definitely look forward to being able to count on Fallon to resolve future problems.
