RecommendedWe had Dan H over to look at our hot water system. He has done safety checks and made recommendations. Also needed to fix a safety switch which he has done on the spot. Luckily he was there. Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable.

Lachlan Campbell came today to service my hot water system. Firstly he came at the time advised by the operator then he put some booties over his boots to protect my floor which is something that I've never had a tradesman do. He was great and completed a temporary fix of the issue until a more permanent solution can be organised. Yay! We have hot water for tonight. I had Sam (1792) fix a problem for me that no other Plumber seemed to be able to fix. Sam was really great and very patient with me. He explained everything that he was doing in a way that I could understand. I will return to Fallon for any other problems.

I had Chis McF, a plumber come to investigate a leaking toilet. Chris soon realised that the toilet was installed incorrectly and offered us two cost scenarios. A good and a not so good. But once he had the pipes undone he was able to fix the leak and realign the toilet with the wall pipes in no time flat. Chris is an excellent plumber, he is courteous, professional a great communicator and I love the way he explains the solutions to you BEFORE the job is done. Today I have had both a plumber (Max) and an air conditioning technician (Avneel) from Fallons come to my home. Both have been very professional & pleasant young men, they were both very clear in outlining what they were going to do & carried out their jobs accordingly. Would recommend Fallons services & will probably be using them again.
