Dan H and his apprentice Will phoned up ahead of time to check I was home. They arrived on time and fixed the problem promptly and also gave some advice on how to prevent the problem happening again. Service with a smile.

My partner and I just had a massive electrical job completed by Fallon Solutions. They had to take down part of our fence, excavate from the corner of our large yard to the house (using both a SS loader and manual effort to include taking up pavers. Friendly guys who sorted my issues quickly but to clear a blocked drain with an easy access port to assist the job worked out to be around $300 per hour. Can't see how this is remotely a fair rate. Given that customers are desperate when it comes to plumbing issues it smacks a little like taking advantage and that's in-Australian in my books. Not the tradies fault but it does say something about management.
