First time experience with Fallon to service our aircon. Our Technician Edwin was pleasant, polite and helpful and explained what options were available. The price was however, expensive (almost $600 for just over an hours work) and I was not pleased about having to pay a travel fee of $42.50 on top of this. Fair enough if we don't decide to go ahead, but otherwise your travel should be costed into the service.

I'd prefer to report a positive experience. Unfortunately, the technician who was booked to service a washing machine - with specific instructions that it needed to be completed by 1pm so I could get to work - had not even called by close to midday. Eventually, I called Fallon and was told he'd be in touch. Antony called to say he could start my air con job earlier. This suited me. He did a very efficient and professional job. He explained the task as he went. A little bit dear but I needed job done.

We had a need to replace a toilet cistern, seat and get a new tap. Fallons rang to advise that Justin (the plumber) would be here soon. He phoned to let us know when he would arrive. Work was undertaken but turned out a little more complex than expected. Justin was most helpful and showed/explained the issue to us. He returned with a new seat on a later date as arranged to remedy the problem. He was courteous at all times. We have used Fallons and Justin previously without any concerns.

The two very nice young men Avneel and Tyler were so well presented, polite and understanding. They explained everything very well to us couple of "oldies" and helped make the relevant arrangements. So far, ultra impressed and we're sure the installations of our air conditioners will be equally well handled.
