My previous vehicle broke down right before Thanksgiving, and I got confirmation that it had engine failure while out of state the following Monday. We worked with Amanda. She went above and beyond to make sure we got into the car we wanted. When there was an issue with the car, she made sure it was fixed correctly. Well let me start by saying I didn’t buy a car from them. So two stars is just for their service dept. I had my car towed to them to be looked at. Come to find out there was a couple things to be fixed which was fine. Service dept was less than great with the communication and even when I tried to talk to the service manager he never called me back. After them having my car for two weeks it is finally fixed. The dealership was prompt, proficient, and easy to work with. Mitchell Crouch was very polite and easy to work with. It was a pleasure to work with him and all the sales people.
