Every part of my experience was top notch! Starting with my wonderful Salesperson, Amanda, and my finance guy, Vince & smiles from others who work here, it’s a great place to purchase a new car. Plus, great coffee & nice restrooms!
I took my Subaru Forester to Speedway Subaru for a mirror replacement after confirming the correct color using my VIN. They installed an off-white mirror casing instead of the correct Dark Grey Metallic—then told me I'd have to pay extra to fix their mistake, even though they admitted it was their error. I went into the Speedway Subaru on West 16th Street and knew what I was wanting in a vehicle and my salesman, Steffon, went above and beyond to get the car that I wanted. I purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek with a moon roof and heated seats! Steffon explained all the features that the car came with and did not hesitate to answer any questions that I had. I got the car I wanted and the best sales person in the office! I will definitely refer my friends to Steffon.
