All went well, except contract had to be rewritten due to errors in the original.
The young man that helped was great. He answered all questions and concerns I had. He was very pleasant to work with and throughly went over the results with me.
No pressure in sales. Salesperson Kyler was knowledgeable. Made sure I was happy with the car. Service manager Ilene gas me the comfortance that Subaru is a great buy. Parts department was knowledgeable on the parts. Restrooms were very clean.

I brought my Forester in for a Check Engine light, they needed to keep it for a few days, so I was set up with a loaner right away. Didn't have to wait long, just enough to get a cup of coffee.

Tony, the sales person, was very helpful. He made the whole process easy. We were happy to work with Tony. However, the finance person was the one that created the difficulties. On multiple occasions, we contacted the dealership to request cancellation of the extended warranty associated with our vehicle. We were told that only Veeda, the financial person, was the only one had access to cancel it.
