As new college grads, we were extremely mislead, assured we would be approved, and then due to poor management, it’s took the financial department days to tell us we were not. From the salesmen to the financial office, the advertised Subaru college grad program was not followed, and we ended up being "sold" a car, led on, and when calling for the vin number to buy insurance found out we were not approved. Most places would not contact me after a car purchase. I have had several face to face meetings and phone calls to answer my questions to make sure I know how to use the wonderful bells and whistles this Forester offers.
