My previous vehicle broke down right before Thanksgiving, and I got confirmation that it had engine failure while out of state the following Monday. After searching through various websites, I found the vehicle I wanted, and reached out to Speedway Subaru with questions about financing. We worked with Amanda. She went above and beyond to make sure we got into the car we wanted. When there was an issue with the car, she made sure it was fixed correctly. She and the team at Speedway went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. They were able to get us a better rate than my bank offered us. Very grateful to Amanda for making it happen!

Well let me start by saying I didn’t buy a car from them. So two stars is just for their service dept. I had my car towed to them to be looked at. Come to find out there was a couple things to be fixed which was fine. Service dept was less than great with the communication and even when I tried to talk to the service manager he never called me back. After them having my car for two weeks it is finally fixed. The work done is good and seems to have fixed the issues I had. But the time it took to get answers and basically made... read more

The dealership was prompt, proficient, and easy to work with. Mitchell Crouch was very polite and easy to work with. It was a pleasure to work with him and all the sales people. I would recommend this dealership and ask them to work with Mitchell. We were the first to buy the new 2025 ID Buzz. So far I really like the Buzz.

They were competent and friendly. They did all that they had to do, or were asked to do. They did not give you the feeling that they were thinking of ways to help you, make the transfer to this vehicle from you last to be as painless as possible. Again, to be fair, if you asked they helped you out. It felt like they had another appointment soon, and they needed to get free for that.
