Our experience with Fairfield Subaru was excellent. We originally purchased a used Ascent with Carmax but ended up returning it due to some possible long term issues found. Our experience with Carmax was excellent as well with zero hassles or questions after deciding to return the car. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Salesperson went abive and beyond to get us the deal we wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
They were knowledgeable and friendly. Stephen listened to what I wanted and shared his personal experiences which helped with my decision. The pricing was per the Costco program guide with no pressure. The trade in was fairly priced as well. It was worth the drive!
Dakota went above and beyond and made our new car purchase enjoyable. He was personable, but knowledgeable. He went out of his way and worked with us to get us the vehicle we wanted.
Jeff Perkins was fabulous throughout the purchase. He went out of his way to help us with the logistics. Before the purchase, the few times we tried to contact Jeff and he was unavailable, Sech the manager stepped and kept the process rolling. Easily the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! This process can be super nerve-racking, and Stephen made it so easy and smooth, from answering all of my questions to giving me additional information that was super helpful.
