Update on review: Wish communication and attentiveness was better towards patients. I have to go back down to 2 stars. My husband never got word that his contacts were on back order, etc. And this has happened numerous times. Communication is terrible with patients in this office. Whomever communicates to patients on updates with orders or results is NOT DOING THEIR JOB RIGHT or just plain lazy. As you probably found out during your visit, we have transitioned to Electronic Health Records, and the amount of time it takes to document all the information necessary is overly burdensome and time consuming. We have tried many different ways to shorten the time it takes to document all the information, and have only recently found some success in reducing the time patients spend in the office.
