RecommendedFirst and foremost, Dr. Massengale is an amazing doctor - very thorough and takes time to answer any and all questions. I'm not going to lie, I keep my eyes healthy, in part, so I can see Dr. Massengale (he's a good looking guy!). The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The optical shop is well-stocked with the latest styles and is affordable. I did have a problem with the optical shop this last time I bought glasses, but it was cleared up quickly with a call to the office.

My 5 year old son went for an exam, which lasted 2 1/2 hours. Once we finally saw Dr. Massengale, he was extremely rude and impatient with my 5 year old. I paid for and picked up glasses, now am receiving a bill that I believed I had already paid, because their person entered the wrong amount. Very unprofessional and rude, we will not be going back.
I’ve been going here for the past few years and they are the best I’ve had yet! Professional, punctual, and thorough!
I really enjoyed my visit there! It was a very homey feeling and they were very nice! I found out some stuff about my eyes no one ever talked to me about, they were very thorough with the exam! One of the people there helped me out both visits and gave his honest opinion and helped me with any concerns/questions! I really enjoyed it and recommend it!
Definitely not a fan!! Long loooong wait times and everyone seemed very harsh here, no bedside manner whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 🙁
The doctor is super thorough, and the place is spotlessly clean. The staff is always supportive and kind. With the doctor's recommendations, my vision has gotten better!
