Wonderful place, everyone is very helpful and NICE , 4 people in my family use Massengale Eye Care . Would not go anywhere else.
Best eye care clinic and doctor you can find! Personal care provided by a friendly and courteous staff.
The doctor was very good at explaining everything and the staff was great and very patient with my children during their visit! We had a great experience and we love our new glasses.
The staff is kind and friendly and Dr Massengale is quick yet through and Dean and Donald in the optical ALWAYS go ABOVE AND BEYOND for my little princesses. This IS our family eye Care clinic and optical, I used them over a year ago for myself and had such a good experience I used them for my 9 yr old and although my 4/5 yr old did not need glasses, she was upset not to get glasses like her big sister and Dean found some frames and a case and 'fitted' her with new glasses (minus lenses) just like her big sis!! Quit going to him. My vision insurance at the time didn't pay for their contact fitting fee $69. I find out months later they sent my account to collections. I paid them directly but the collection agency they sent it to is reporting it as unpaid on two credit reports. I have no other negative marks on my reports and I am livid about this situation. This was over 2 years ago! I thought this was a settled deal then until I checked my reports. I plan on fighting this until it's been cleared up!
This is my Eye Dr. Office and in have had nothing but great experience. I have been going there for at least 3 years incredible staff in every person I deal with.
