The staff was kind and caring. They each explained my procedure and made me feel at ease and comfortable.
The staff is nice and the doctor is a great guy. Had PRK done 6 weeks ago and the recovery is going well. But I'm tired of waiting. And waiting. And waiting. For an appointment. I went ahead and showed up 30 minutes prior to my scheduled time. And it's now 25 minutes after that scheduled time. The last few times I have been in for my PRK checkups have been the same. Why schedule a time when it doesn't mean anything?
The doctors and staff were very knowledgeable and so patient with my 8 kiddos. We have already made our appointments for next year! Thank you massengale eye care for a great experience
