Very nice facility and staff.
You get better customer service at Mcdonalds. From the front desk guy who was mad I didn't fill out their paper work online, that no one even told me about to each person who I interacted with along the way (none of which bothered to introduce themselves besides Dr.Messengale) were rude. I will never be back and hav even canceled the rest of my families appointments. Oh and the 30 minutes waiting past my appointment wasn't appreciated either.
I love Dr Massengale. He’s been my eye Dr for 20+ years, always excellent care!
The people here are amazing. Professional and very kind.
I made an appointment for my daughter who is 5 when we went in for her appointment the staff was very helpful,nice,understanding and patient with her it was our first time there and I was very pleased with the staff and care they gave us!
They took their time getting my contact lens fitting done and let me try a few different brands! They were very patient and concerned with me being able to be as comfortable with my contacts as possible. I only wish I had come here sooner for eye care!
