You give way too many notifications about Past Due Appointments. Bugging me every single day is excessive.

I had an issue that I really needed to be settled, so I decided to call and to speak with a manager to get my situation handled after a month and a half of speaking to a receptionist that kept giving me the run around as to where my contacts were. I left a voicemail for management to return my phone call ASAP, and that's exactly what happened. I came as a new patient May of 2015 referred by several doctors & friends. I have had two keratecomy surgeries & two cataract surgeries & for the first time in my life can see 20/20. His staff is the most awesome group of people I have ever had to deal with - coming almost every two to four weeks for treatment due to my bad immune system not wanting to heal. Even Doc Massengale met me & my family on weekends when things got dicey. I Definitely recommend this doctor & his staff.
Jason and other male assistant were great!!! Dr. Massengale was VERY professional!!!
