Scammers, they don't let you know about their simple interest loan. Before your first payment is due high interest is adding up everyday

Bought a car from dealer through Exeter and the car was totalled and was not my fault when it was totalled went back after the insurance paid them the full XXXXX dollars and was told I'd need 3000 dollars down to buy another car thru them but went to another dealership and was able to get the loan through the same bank. Exeter. They are ****** bank and people and I hate ever having to owe them money after this car is paid off.

I had a vehicle loan with Exeter Finance for over a year. In January, I called in and requested a payoff quote in order to sell the vehicle. I called back later that day with the person I was selling the vehicle to in order to pay it off and transfer the title. The buyer made the payments, and the representative told us that we will receive the title in 24 days. In October, 2021, I moved from Virginia back to Maryland. The DMV needs my original title of which Exeter Finance has in their possession. I had a scheduled appointment in December, 2021 with the DMV (MD). During the appointment, I was informed of the required documentation that they need to renew my vehicle registration, tags, etc. At the appointment, the DMV rep completed the form and faxed it to Exeter Finance to request the original title. My husband and I financed a truck through this company EXETER FINANCE. WE HAVE BEEN MAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS THROUGH YOUR AUTOMATED PHONE SERVICE FAITHFULLY & YOUR COMPANY HAS NOTIFIED ME THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ANY TRANSACTIONS WE HAVE MADE & YESTERDAY CAME AND HUMILIATED US! GOOD WORKING CITIZENS! YOU CAME AND REPO THIS TRUCK AND I AM JUST ABSOLUTELY APALLED!!!!

They stole two payents the first year of having my car. There's no extra help when you can't pay your car note such as extension. Once you use that feature a numerous time you don't have access to anything for the rest of your loan. Verification process sucks. I haven't had a job in a while, recently I've started a little one so I've paid to catch up however asking when I'll have the money is offensive if I mentioned I'm unemployed prior. I had an issue that I have been trying to resolve for over a month, which resulted in phone calls every day. As a last ditch effort, I sent an email to the entire C-suite of executives, and first thing in the morning, I received a phone call from the President's office letting me know they personally resolved my issue and will continue to monitor. I bought a car using exeter finance, before I could make the first payment my car was stolen.Out of the $15,000 that was financed insurance only paid $8,000 and also $1,000 was removed from the loan from the warranty...I still have a loan amount remaing of $7,000,EXETER IS STILL MAKING ME PAY THE SAME MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF YEARS as if I still owe them the fully $15,000 after insurance sent them a check for over $8,000......this is definitely a rip off company
