Absolutely awful. Taking advantage of unknowing desperate customers. There's no way out. They just get money. Im so so sorry I ever thought this Finance company was going to help.
Have payed over 17,000 on truck, they have put it all towards interest. Have 48 mo left on it and owe 30,000. They didn't report payments accurately. Tried to trade it in, no one would take it. They were taking my money and not reporting payments. Also, the interest rate was changed? Imagine that? I would like to know how that happened. Talk to a different person every time. You always get told something different. STAY AWAY!!!!!
I have a $10k car that I put $3k down in 2016 and they set me up at a 26% interest. It's been 5 years and their saying that I still owe them $3k dollars. I ask for a break down and it shows $11 dollars towards principal, $30 etc... highway robbery. Stay away from this company.
More hideous than the,"payday loan," sharks! I have been paying 445.00 a month for me two years for my car and only 165.00 goes toward the principal. Only four years to go. J C, I wish I hadn't been so desperate! Horrible company!
GO ELSEWHERE DON'T BANK HERE! Worst place to finance anything. The way they work is disappointing, they don't try to work anything out if you are struggling specially with how the world is at this time you would think there will be more care for customers. They are the worst!
I would give zero stars if possible. I have paid thru their online portal without missing a payment for 1.5 years. Today I get a call from customer service and speak to a rep telling me that we missed a payment 7 months ago and now have hundreds of dollars in late fees. We have always paid the full balance of what was displayed on the portal. Period. If I would have caught that I would have to pay back 26k for a car that was financed at about 13k, I would have not signed for it. Rip Off!!
