Web site doesn't not let me make a payment. They then reported me late to the credit bureau. During the virus outbreak. Do not use these this company if it is the last thing you do.

PEOLE ARE FRAUD DONT APPLY PRINCIPAL BALANCES CORRECTLY! THEY CHAGE INTEREST FOR PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS WILL TRY TO REFINANCE. I HAVE MADE A TOTAL OF 7 PAYMENTS AND THEY TOLD ME IM CHARGED $7.59 PER DIEM(SUPERVISOR FROM EXETER INFORMED ME). DID THE MATH AND THAT TOTALS $235.29 MONTHLY. MIND YOU IVE PAID EARLY IF NOT ON TIME. SO $235.59*7=$1,647.03 IS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF INTEREST AFTER THE 7 PAYMENTS.NOW MY MONTHLY IS $351.67 AND I MULTIPLY THAT BY 7 AND GET A TOTAL OF $2,461.69. They honestly don't even deserve one star! But this company is a rip off and doesn't care about their customers. They are a second hand company that's needs to be shut down completely. I have a car that's almost paid off, my original loan amount was for $14,000 and I paid $29,000 already and the car is no good and I only owe like $2800 was trying to see what options I had about seeing if we can pay the car off sooner but they literally just wanted full amount. I wouldn't send a dog to do business with this company!!

Predatory Lending Company, SAME complaints from MANY customers. I was told that I could have some payments moved to the back of the loan. I signed the paperwork and was given the much-needed help. But when the original contract date came due they wanted all the money with the deferred payments on the final due date. They did not actually extend the contract at all. This company is horrible. They only care about making money and couldn't give a **** about their customers. I will be refinancing through a different lender as soon as possible.

This company is terrible and regardless of theyre high rates and thousands of dollars of finance charges they are making no exceptions towards low income based loans. Most people who are financed from this company works in places they cant not verify income, which is the hospitality industry. Who has not worked in a month. And has many more months to go with no response from underemployment. Terrible customer satisfaction rates. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY FIRST TIME BUYER GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY

Let me start by saying the fact they are a second chance company is the only plus they have. Days before payment was for I called to see my options amid the current crisis going on in our country, the lady I spoke to was very helpful stating I could skip payments until May and that a form for me to sign would be emailed. The day of my payment comes along and still no email, so I called to verify only to be told that it was NOT approved and had I not called I wouldn't have known!
