This company is a fraud. They are charging all customers and myself an extremely high interest rate and never applying the correct payment to your principal. I've been paying on this car for 2 years plus and never have been late, even in the times we are in with COVID-19 taking the life we once knew to a battle zone but no this company hasn't adjusted their ways of operation to help their customers who keep their f'ing pockets swoll. This company is by far the worst company I have ever had to finance a vehicle. After the virus every ones hours got cut. I could not work my second job because of the virus and you could not go in to patients homes. I could understand if I were a don't care person but I keep trying everyday. Single mom and putting one in college with less hours I was still trying. They came and picked my car up and used a repo company that was NOT professional. fraudulent business! APR fees are through the roof! APR 25% that's crazy! I feel they took advantage of my hardships during financing my vehicle. Total regret!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THIS IS THE MOST SELFISH, HEARTLESS COMPANY IVE EVER DELT WITH!!! Predatory lender. I lost my job due to the Covid-19 pandemic and my only source of income is DoorDash and Postmates. I was having trouble making the loan payments but was trying to make a good faith effort to catch up. Exeter Finance repossessed my vehicle preventing me from earning any money to pay the loan and demanded over a thousand dollars to get it back even after explaining my situation. This Company deserves no stars if it was possible. Their Notice of Upcoming Account Maturity letter is very poor and demanding as if you are a non-paying customer. Their Customer Service is repetitive and not helpful at all as they repeat the same sentence multiple times without answering your actual question. My letter stated that any remaining balance left after September 17, 2020 their company would accrue a daily interest charge on the account until paid off completely. Trash! I've been paying since 5/2014 on a 2014 Altima and I still owe $12,000.00. I wish I could sue for predatory lending. My interest rate was 16.9% but I needed car after filing Chapter 7. I made a lots of late payments due to previous loss of income, but after writing the CEO pleading to remove the late payments, explaining how it is causing issues during this pandemic.
