This company is very horrible I agreed to a deferred payment extension however they reported my account as delinquent as if I missed many payments after the agreement was signed I was completely mislead I was read a script and that it was exactly what I was signing on top of that they will not resend me the documents or see the agreement that I signed.

This company is terrible and I think pretorian lender. They pre bill you two months ahead then say the late fee is now 180 a month attach fees that you dont owe and report this to the credit bureau taking advantage of the consumer . Now that time have been hard since COVID and employment is low instead of assisting the consumer they ruin your credit and attach fees that are unheard of. Somebody needs to look into this company and take action against yhrm

If I could give them zero stars I would. They reported that I paid my car late to the credit bureaus but Ive never been late. I submitted proof of payment and they still refused to remove the late payment.

I really wish Im able to refinance once I receive my vehicle back. I unfortunately fell behind on payments (Exeter finance) which led to an abrupt repossession as I was out running errands, left me stranded 45 miles away from my hometown. I was able to make a payment to reinstate my vehicle back and now ** left on wild *********** trying to retrieve my car as its 4 hours away now from my hometown because it was being sent out to be auctioned already!! It hasnt even been the 20 days as I was promised and it was charged off!! ... read more

On march 29th 2023 I purchased a 2010 Audi q7 from this dealership I drove it about a week and a half then the truck began making a loud knocking sound I stop driving it called my salesman in he replied their nothing I can do on April 12 ********************************************************** the service area without even looking at the truck they told me it needs a motor they then gave me a quote for a new in used motors in said Ill contact the salesman in see what do they want to do about this in the Salesman again said... read more

They have had my car for a volunteer surrender since January 23. As of May 10 they still can't find the car.

Absolutely rip off, run if you can. Absolutely horrible no options to pay on principle and very unprofessional and unpleasant

Total rip-off! If you have to go through them to get something financed, PLEASE refinance IMMEDIATELY. No customer allowance or assistance. Even under special circumstances, Exeter does NOTHING. The first 3-5 years of payments is all interest. REFINANCE IMMEDIATELY Run away people!!!
