As of today, 9-9-23, I am still waiting on a payment I made at 11pm of 9-7-23 to even show up on the account for the payment that is due today.(As of now it still shows I owe the full amount of this month's payment, and nothing is even showing as pending.)According to my bank the payment came out yesterday. If I could give no stars I would, they need to be stopped asap, very fraudulent charging a daily interest PLUS my so called "20%" interst rate, when I make payments they calculate to almost 45/55 nearly HALF goes to interest!! My car was wrecked and made an insurance pay off they have NOT changed a single thing and I can not wait for a car, i'm still close to $20k and the insurance pay off will help me get a new car and hopefully new loan! I'd give them 0 if it was possible. The biggest scammers in the country. They aren't even accredited that should say something. They think that they get over by quick talking you, and each time you call the person you talk to doesn't remember the previous conversation they are absolute crooks and were just sued, And I am personally contacting a lawyer myself as well.
Absolutely worst banking company ever! I habe called and spoke to these people for 6 months every month 2 or 3 times a month with no resolution to changing a simple payment date on a loan. Would not recommend to anyone!!
My Exeter finance account has a zero balance and they are refusing to report it. I disputed the balance amount, (again, its zero) and they are still reporting that I have a $2,442 balance to the credit bureau.Dont EVER finance through them!

This company is complete "TRASH" I do not under "ANY" circumstance recommend that anyone buy a car under this financial institution. I've had sooooo many issues with this company that at this point I would like to turn my car over just due to customer service alone. Then, look into suing them. This business is S**t I purchased a vehicle, and they are charging 20k for interest. i even made payments and a lot of the payment went to so call interest, i got the vehicle a year ago and the price of the whole loan i got is still about the same as i got the vehicle for, which is about 20k. so when i finish paying for this vehicle i would've paid +40k for the whole thing. i never dealt with a business like this before.
My only bad experience with them is their automated payment system. Any time I try and use it, my payments are returned with fees if it even tried to pull the payment at all. I have had to go on multiple times after scheduled payments to make the payment again because it never took it out of my account, then I get hit with fees. Ehen I contact them about it, they say it is my banks fault, even when the money for the payment is still sitting there and hasn't been touched, not even as a pending or processing transaction.
