I told these idiots over 9 months ago the co owner ran off with the car I got through them and that I used the escape clause in the loan contract. They refused to honor it and continue to harrass me for a loan payment. I find out reciently said vehical was totaled the the insurance company counted it as a loss and payed them for it. They still continue to flag my credit and demand what the insurance comapany had already cleared. They are a huge scam company.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR RATING !They are stealing from people and allowing regular employees to posed as a position they are not in (ex. Supervisor)They need to be sued and shut down immediately and have a cash settlement for everyone who has used their services.

Scammers! They will take your money and take again. They kept harassing me for a payment that had been made already. ********* statements in and that still wasnt good enough for them. They took the money and now stating they never did which was a lie. I can see that this company is very sneaky! Im willing to give the car back just to not deal with him. Im willing to buy a car cash and fix my credit just to not deal with these people! I cant believe I did this! Ugghhh ****** learned.

I was telling myself everyday should I write something on here. When I first called about my truck when it comes to payment your first representative was a man. He was rude and unprofessional. This company is a scam and makes no sense. I have been with this company for 3+ years and the business I get as a consumer is ridiculous. I have lost my job and got some late fee on my acc which understand I would have to pay but what I have a problem with is the fact I paid the fees they asked me for and brought my acc up to date. If I could give **** place no stars I would. This place takes advantage of people who are in need of help. I had a 6 year contract. I paid it off in 3. I have been making $465 a month, a little over $17000.00 in total. Come to find out, I still owe $11000.00 dollars. I tried paying off but was told that they're only allowed to process $6000 dollars a day and that I would have to call back the next day and process the other half. Exeter Finance is a very shady company. I did a refinance on my truck which only ended up costing me more so I paid it off early 5 years early and expected a refund on the gap, which I canceled in October, it's December 21 and I have yet to receive my refund, which I have been told 4x now that it was in the mail and was mailed to me they don't know why I've not got it. Nastiest customer service ever. I called to discuss my account and asked for a letter to confirm the information they provided over the phone. They lady kept telling me she couldnt put the information in a letter which made it feel theres something dirty going on with this company.
