Scam! I give zero stars. Scam! Told me for a month that I owed one amount and as soon as I had the exact amount and paid it off, **** said the amount had been increased $1300.00. Another manager named ***** #**** said that the increase was $900.00. Total scam! Horrible company! Told my parents and I we could 3-way our bank but when we said our lawyer needed to speak with them they gave us a fax number.

Call in after they send text messages to my phone and emails. They want to discuss my account. 7 plus minute hold cant find my account they state. I give them my social multiple times. Still nothing. Ask for a supervisor more of a hold and nothing. People got jobs, lives, kids, and not a ton of time to spin their tires 7 minutes and still cant find your account they are texting you about
I have never had an account with this Company and I receive phone calls everyday from them. I have called over 5 times to them and advised them to ************** and they still call me. I do not owe them and have not Co-singed on a loan. They are *********'s me everyday with phone calls. I do not know anyone who has a loan with this Company. I will file a Lawsuit for Harassment because they will not ************** all phone calls as I have advised them over 5 times.

I've not worked with a company that provides so much misinformation when trying to obtain the title after paying off the vehicle, especially misinformation from a customer service manager. I was advised that the customer service manager would be coached after an Exeter representative listened to the call. I have now been in contact with three Exeter customer service representatives, one ********************** customer service manager, and one ********************** escalation representative. I have made my car payments on time, NEVER once late for over a year... Today I am 4 days past due because I am paying the loan off this coming week and they called me and treated me like some kind of criminal for the FIRST time I didn't pay exactly on the due date!!! That is disgusting!
The worst customer service I've ever dealt with, please stay away from this scam of a company. they are not allowing me to pay my bill due to an error on their website.
