Worse company I've had to deal with. Knew my interest rate would be higher than normal but I sent 4 payments in two months and they took almost all of it for interest and very every little on the premium. I now owe more than the car is worth.

Exactly, what is going on here is people with poor credit probably kept missing payments and well when you do that, the interest keeps building up and takes you for ever to pay the car off, Or if you miss to many times like 3 times in a row they come and get the car..I got my load with them for a 16% interest rate on a ********* car,My payments are $890.00 a month and been paying the car for over 14 months and my payoff is now $36,000.00 which is not bad at all, roughly $10,000.00 a year Payed to the loan so i see nothing wr... read more

I have had my car since 2022. It was $36,000 total. I put $3000 down. Was paying well over the amount needed. Asked the dealership what a simple interest loan is. They told me it means my interest rate is a little higher due to my credit being lower. 3 years I still owe around $27,000 after paying over the amount due each month. And come to find out a simple interest loan means the first year and a half to 2 years the payments you make, the majority of the money goes to interest and not the principal. Credit was fixed during... read more

Worst finance company ever. My *********** was totaled by my insurance company due to a tree falling on it during a tornado. The car was taken to a junk yard and Exeter wanted me to pay the existing balance for a car that is not useable.

I needed a car and got stuck with this company as a lender. My credit went downhill while waiting to get approved for disability, and they financed me at 28%. I tried to make my first payment at an amount of $3000, and even though I had the money in my account from my disability settlement, they REVERSED my payment, AND charged me a returned payment fee. When I tried to make my payment for the second time, the website is telling me that they're unable to receive a payment at this time.

Worst finance company ever. Paid over $8,000 on my $17,000 loan in a year and still owed over $15,000. I'm paying the remaining balance in full as I called them to have over payments put towards principal and they refused to. So, If my regular payment is $346 and I pay $500 only about $125 of that goes towards principal. Geesh! They aren't "helping" anyone but themselves.

If I could give it no stars I would. I pay for my car payments every two weeks. They still call telling me Im late. Great! And like clock work they still get paid. Today, I tried accessing my account. My password no longer works. My username no longer matches. I reset my password. I was waited for the email to appear. It didnt. After 30 minutes I called them. The person on the other end, wanted me to recite my SS, DOB, address, and account number (I cant access my account). When I wouldnt recite my full SS, they wanted emplo... read more
