Yall must have crackhead running this s*** show of a finance company I payed my bill early and canceled autopAy and they still took the money out of my account 2 times in one month money totaling 800 something dollars this company needs to be shut down fr fr there scamming people and fraud af and customer service is dumb af they have no idea what there doing there no help b****** ain't getting another payment from me till I get the last payment back..

Theyre grimey!Exeter Finance does nothing to resolve any issues with a customer. All theyre concerned with is payment and reporting. The customer service rep ******* answer my question, so I was hung up on

Zero stars. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of being involved with. I paid off my car loan over 2 years ago that had a 19% intrest rate. I didnt get the title. They sent it to an adress i hadnt lived at for 3 years. Constantly getting my information wrong. They still have a lein on my car, even tho it is paid off i can't even get a duplicate title. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I COULDN'T MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT SO I CALLED & EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM & THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PPL DON'T DO A **** THING. I TOLD THEM COME TAKE THE VEHICLE CUZ I DON'T WANNA DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF WON'T HELP ME.

This is the absolute worst finance company! They are harassing me and always constantly lying about how much I owe and how many days my car payment is due! Exaggerating is not a strong enough word for what these people do!I regret purchasing a car and them being the finance company!!Im going to find a way to *** them for harassment and punitive damages!!

As of today, 9-9-23, I am still waiting on a payment I made at 11pm of 9-7-23 to even show up on the account for the payment that is due today.(As of now it still shows I owe the full amount of this month's payment, and nothing is even showing as pending.)According to my bank the payment came out yesterday. If I could give no stars I would, they need to be stopped asap, very fraudulent charging a daily interest PLUS my so called "20%" interst rate, when I make payments they calculate to almost 45/55 nearly HALF goes to interest!! My car was wrecked and made an insurance pay off they have NOT changed a single thing and I can not wait for a car, i'm still close to $20k and the insurance pay off will help me get a new car and hopefully new loan! I'd give them 0 if it was possible. The biggest scammers in the country. They aren't even accredited that should say something. They think that they get over by quick talking you, and each time you call the person you talk to doesn't remember the previous conversation they are absolute crooks and were just sued, And I am personally contacting a lawyer myself as well.

Absolutely worst banking company ever! I habe called and spoke to these people for 6 months every month 2 or 3 times a month with no resolution to changing a simple payment date on a loan. Would not recommend to anyone!!
