Very unhappy service customer. I bought a used Subaru here a couple of months ago. I'm not a first time buyer here, having bought or leased a slew of Hondas here over the years. I was assured by my salesman that they would service my Subaru here. I brought it in this afternoon for the "no appointment needed" oil change only to find out that they really don't service Subarus there, but they would be happy to order a filter for me and schedule an appointment at a time that was not convenient for me at all.
