When I buy a new car I expect a new car. Not one with 250 miles dirty as shit road hard put away wet. Was quoted for car with 35miles. 3 days later. They bring me this. Tried to feed me some load of bullshit. These fools will try to fuck you in the ass and feed you beans. Took my deposit back and bought a car at Hoffman. They are shady too like all dealers but got a new car atleast. I buy not finance. And executive Honda don't reply to my post with some we will try harder to make you happy bs.
I just received a recall notice in regard to the frontal airbag inflator. The recall states the replacements are available but the scope of the recall is such that parts may not be available at the time you schedule your appointment. The recall also suggests you avoid having a passenger sit in the front passenger's seat until the repair has been performed. Great Customer Service and Great Prices!!! Their Sales Team , Service Center and Auto Body Shop are Top Notch!!!
They've always been fair, reasonable and efficient. Bought 4 tires yesterday and they were the same price as they were 4 years ago. I don't go anywhere else.
The guys were amazing today! Got me in my new CRV and were so patient with me having my son there. Even played with him! Great group to work with!
The wait wasn't bad at all. Less than an hour! Great Place.
A couple of their sales people are so bad at customer service it's beyond words. I can't fathom this place actually makes an annual profit with the two I had the pleasure of dealing with. Oh well, lucky for me and everyone else there are many more Honda dealers that have reputable sales people working for them. It is what it is. Not impressed!
